  Japan BANDO Automatic Glass NC Production Line

  The equipment mainly consists of an NC glass cutting machine, an NC edge-snapping machine, an NC glass milling machine and an NC drilling machine.
  The equipment has the characteristics that: displacements of all tools and glass are all controlled by CNC, the processes such as cutting, snapping, edging and drilling are all synchronously realized by an integrated system, and the machining accuracy can reach ±0.2mm.

 


  Korea DONG-IL Glass Washing and Drying Machine

  The equipment has the characteristics that: in the first section of working procedure of washing, a structure with a upper and a lower disc brushes is adopted, and tap water at room temperature is used to wash the glass to remove the impurities from the surface; and in the second section of working procedure, an upper and an lower roller brushes are adopted, and warm water and ionized water are used to wash the glass to ensure that the surface can be as clean as required in the standard.

 


  JUISUN Double-color Screen Printing Line

  The production line includes the following main equipment: an on-line inspection machine, a glass accumulator, an automatic powder sprayer, an automatic pre-positioning machine, an automatic assembling machine, two printing hosts, two drying lines, etc.
  Main characteristics of the production line are that:
  1. It realizes the synchronism of silk screen of automotive windshields and powder spraying, and then performs automatic assembly.
2. Silk screen black bands and electric heating wires and antennas can be finished on the same line.
3. The drying tunnel part adopts IR far infrared radiant tubes for heating, which improves ink gloss after the printing.


  SOUTH Automatic Continuous Heat Bending Furnace

  The main body of the equipment is divided into 11 sections and consists of 11 heating zones. Each heating zone has different temperature, and the temperature from 1st zone to 11th zone is gradually increased, which ensures the flatness of the surface of the glass and makes the optics of the glass reach the national standard, wherein the 10th zone is a preforming zone, and the 11th zone is a forming zone. The whole movement and temperature control processes are all automatically controlled by computer, thus the stability and consistency of glass forming are ensured.


  Assembly Room in Purified Space

  The inside of the assembly room is divided into seven parts, namely an air shower, a film transition room, a film stretch room, a film storage room, an assembly room, a powder removal room, and a stripe sleeving working area. It has the characteristics that the air purification is performed for the whole area and the purification class is 10,000.
  The Swiss Dryer rotary absorbent humidifier is adopted for humidity control, and the adjustment of the temperature and humidity is performed in standard environment during the assembly of the glass, which ensure that no dust is contained in the air during the assembly of the glass, strengthen the clarity of the glass, and make the quality reach the national standard.


  SYBF Vacuum Preheating and Prepressing Machine
  
  The equipment is mainly used for performing vacuum pumping as well as preheating and prepressing treatment on semi-finished glass which has been assembled, and the vacuum pumping aims to discharge the air between two sheet of glass and the film so that the glass cannot produce bubble when processed in a high-pressure kettle. The German LEYBOLD vacuum pump is adopted, which ensures the stability of vacuum degree.


  YF28 High-pressure Kettle

  The YF28 high-pressure kettle, which is used in the final working procedure during the processing of automotive windshields, is mainly used for performing high-pressure and high-temperature treatment on glass to ensure that two sheets of glass can be closely bonded through the film, ensure that the clarity of the glass can reach the national standard at the same time, and strengthen the shock resistance of the glass. 
  It is controlled by computer, which assures the accuracy and stability of pressure and temperature of the glass during the processing, thereby ensuring the stability of the quality of the glass.


  FJB Automotive Double Curvature Tempering Furnace

  The equipment is mainly used for producing automotive backlites, and be mainly comprised of parts such as a placing zone, a furnace heating zone, a bending zone, a tempering and cooling zone, an unloading zone and so on.
  The equipment has the characteristics that: By adopting a modular control mode for heating, the whole glass is evenly heated so as to reduce spontaneous explosion rate and improve the curvature tolerance and stability of the glass.


  FJA Continuous Furnace for Automotive Sidelites

  The equipment, which is mainly used for producing automotive sidelites, is mainly composed of a placing zone, a heating zone, a forming zone, a cooling zone and an unloading zone.
  It has the main characteristic that: By adopting a continuous unidirectional heating operation mode, the glass does not swing to and fro during the heating in the furnace so as to make the glass heated more evenly, improve the optic quality of the surface of the glass and strengthen the consistency.
